About GMR
We are a group of outdoor enthusiasts who get together every Monday Morning & Tuesday evening to run the beautiful trails in & around Golden, CO. We began running as a group in 2014. Although there are several original members, the group continues to evolve and always welcomes newcomers with open arms.

GMR Charity Backyard Run
The backyard Format: Run one every hour until only one runner remains. Every lap starts at the top of the hour, so you can choose to run your lap fast and get rest in between or run slow and save your energy. This is intended to be a fun event with friends. Come do one lap, or push yourself to the ultra distance if you chose. 4.17 mile lap
Registration is limited to the first 50 signups. The cost is $50. 100% of registration fee will be donated to Sun Valley Kitchen and Community Center
